Process
Five steps, two weeks, one person you can call.
Most website projects fail in the same boring way: everyone starts enthusiastic, then three weeks pass with nothing to look at. Our process is built to avoid that. You see a real, clickable version of your site within days — not a wireframe, not a mood board, an actual website — and everything after that is you reacting to something concrete.
AI drafts. A person approves. You decide.
The AI is fast and tireless and occasionally confidently wrong, which is exactly why nothing reaches you unreviewed. Someone on our team reads every page, checks every claim about your business, and fixes the tone before you ever see it. Speed is the benefit; judgement is still the job.
How a project runs
- 01
The conversation
Day 1 · 30 minutes
We talk about the business, not the website. Who your customers are, what you want more of, what the current site gets wrong. No forms to fill out beforehand.
You do: talk for half an hour and send any photos or logos you have.
We do: write the brief and quote a fixed price before any work starts.
- 02
The first draft
Days 2–4
The AI builds the full site from the brief — real layouts, real words, real photos. Then a person goes through it screen by screen and fixes what the machine got wrong.
You do: nothing. Take the week off.
We do: design, write, build and proof the entire site.
- 03
Your review
Day 5
You get a private link to a working website on your phone or laptop. Click through it, show your partner, sleep on it. Send notes however you like — email, a phone call, a voice message, notes scribbled on a printout.
You do: react honestly. 'I hate the blue' is useful feedback.
We do: listen, and tell you when we think you're wrong.
- 04
Revisions
Days 6–7
Changes come back the same day, not next week. Two rounds are included, and in practice most projects use about one and a half.
You do: confirm the final wording and prices.
We do: rework, re-proof and prepare for launch.
- 05
Launch & after
Day 7 onward
We connect your domain, set up analytics and make sure Google can find you. Then we stay reachable — care plans start at $250 a month, and if you'd rather handle it yourself, we'll show you how.
You do: watch the enquiries arrive.
We do: monitor, patch and keep it fast.
The questions everyone asks
- Do I have to know anything about AI?
- No. Not one thing. If you can describe your business to a stranger at a dinner party, you can do this.
- Will my site look like everyone else's?
- No. The AI speeds up production, it doesn't pick your brand. Your photos, your colours, your words, your personality.
- Who owns the site when it's done?
- You do, completely, once the final invoice is paid. Files, code, domain, all of it. No hostage situations.
- Can I actually talk to a human?
- Yes. Our assistant handles the quick questions, and a person on the team reviews and answers anything that matters. You will never be trapped in a loop with a robot.
- What if I don't like it?
- You tell us and we change it. If after the first draft you decide it isn't working at all, you pay for the work done and we part on good terms.
- Do you work in Spanish?
- Yes — English and Spanish, in writing and on the phone, and we build bilingual sites as standard.
Ready when you are.
