Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These terms govern your use of henryluc.com and any design, development or AI assistant services provided by Panoramic Media LLC, trading as Henry Luc ("we", "our", "the studio"). By using this website or engaging our services you accept these terms.

Use of the website

You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, scrape it at scale, or use the AI concierge to generate unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

Quotes and proposals

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers. A binding price and scope exist only in a written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. Anything the AI concierge says about price, scope or timing is an estimate and does not bind us.

Projects, payment and revisions

Unless a proposal says otherwise: a deposit of 50% is due before work begins and the balance before launch or handover; invoices are payable within 14 days; and the agreed scope includes two rounds of revisions, with further changes quoted separately.

Timelines depend on you supplying content, feedback and approvals promptly. Delays in feedback move the launch date accordingly.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for your project, including copy, design files and the site code delivered to you.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, components, templates and know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party assets (fonts, stock photography, libraries) remain subject to their own licences, which you are responsible for maintaining.

Unless you ask otherwise in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

AI-assisted production

We use AI tools to draft layouts, code and copy, and a human reviews everything before delivery. AI output can contain factual errors and can resemble other work; we correct what we find, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving final content before launch.

You must not supply us with material you do not have the right to use.

Automated communications and AI agents

Our studio is operated by AI agents under human supervision. Henry and Luc are AI agents; Kimberly is a human being who owns the studio and approves work and outbound messages before they are sent. Messages you receive from us may be drafted by an AI agent.

When you send an enquiry you agree that we may reply and send a short series of follow-up emails about that enquiry. You can stop them at any time by replying, using the unsubscribe link, or emailing hello@henryluc.com. We do not send marketing to people who have not contacted us.

Nothing produced by an AI agent, including chat replies, emails and drafts, is a binding offer, a professional opinion or advice. Only a written proposal approved by a human binds us.

Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We fix defects reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Beyond that, the site and services are provided "as is" without further warranty, and we do not guarantee particular traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point; deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction — without depriving consumers of the protections of their local law. Questions: hello@henryluc.com.
